Her philosophy

Communication doesn't begin with a worksheet. It begins with connection.

Children communicate through looks, gestures, sounds, movement, choices, reactions and eventually words. Aimee's approach starts by noticing those moments and building from what is already there.

Play gives us somewhere natural to begin.

Play. Connect. Communicate.

  1. 01

    Follow their lead

Start with what already interests the child. Play gives us a natural place to begin.

  2. 02

    Support the parent

Help grown-ups recognize the communication already happening and feel confident responding.

  3. 03

    Build beyond the session

The goal isn't progress during one appointment. It's helping communication continue through everyday life.

“My goal isn't to make every interaction feel like therapy. It's to help you see the opportunities for connection that are already there.”
